Senior AI Engineer

Design and ship the agents and automations that do real work for our clients, end to end.

We’re looking for a senior engineer who likes turning a messy real-world problem into something that quietly runs itself. You’ll work across the whole job, from the first discovery meeting to the agents running in production, with senior people around you and the freedom to own your work.

What you’ll do

• Design and build agentic AI and automations that solve real client problems.
• Work end to end: discovery, build, and the daily runs once it’s live.
• Keep things documented on Notio, so the team never starts from zero.
• Stay honest about where AI helps and where a person should stay in the loop.

What we’re looking for

• Strong software engineering, with real experience shipping to production.
• Hands-on work with LLMs, agents, or automation, and good judgement about where they fit.
• A bias for plain solutions over clever ones, and for outcomes over hours.
• Comfort with ambiguity and new problems across different industries.

Nice to have

• Data engineering or RAG experience.
• Experience working directly with non-technical clients.
