AI, data and software services

Choose the work from the problem you need to solve. These guides explain scope, inputs, delivery choices and ways to assess the result.

Choose a starting point

You do not need to choose a platform or model before describing the problem. Identify the work that is delayed, repeated or difficult to check, then use the groups below to find a relevant service.

A project can need several services. The aim is one agreed scope with clear responsibilities, rather than a separate project for every label.

How the services fit together

Consider a fictional team that types each approved order into three applications. Process mapping can establish where approval occurs and which information each step needs. Integration can transfer the accepted record between systems. Custom software may be needed for a step the existing applications cannot support.

If the order begins as an unstructured email, AI extraction might help prepare the fields for review. That is a separate question from whether the approved order reaches all three applications correctly. The acceptance check should follow the order through the complete workflow.

This example is a way to frame the work, not a recommendation to buy every service. Start with the smallest scope that can resolve the demonstrated problem.

Bring enough detail to define the first scope

  • A representative input and the result you expect, with sensitive information removed where possible.
  • The systems and people involved, including who can approve a change.
  • The current delay, error or effort you want to improve.
  • The constraints: budget, timing, access, operating hours and work that must continue during a change.

Agree the deliverable, exclusions, review process and ongoing ownership before work begins. For examples of how those decisions can be documented, see the illustrative solution designs and the engagement guide.
