Who we are
QuantalAI is an Australian AI and data consultancy based in Brisbane. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, including our AI-readiness interview. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@quantal.ai.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name, email address and company name.
- Interview answers — the responses you provide during our AI-readiness interview, which are saved progressively as you go.
- Technical and session data — a session cookie and related technical information used to keep your interview session continuous, so you can resume where you left off.
Company enrichment
To personalise your report, we may review your organisation's publicly available website content — including your logo — based on the domain of the email address you provide. We store a summary of that public content alongside your interview responses.
Voice interviews
If you choose the voice-interview option, your audio is processed by ElevenLabs, a third-party conversational AI provider, to enable the spoken conversational experience. ElevenLabs processes this audio in accordance with its own privacy practices.
TikTok
QuantalAI's team connects QuantalAI's own TikTok account to our internal content tools using TikTok Login Kit. This connection is used only to publish QuantalAI's own content to that account.
When the account is connected, we receive the following from TikTok:
- The account's display name, avatar and open ID (TikTok's identifier for the account).
- The posting settings TikTok returns for the account: the privacy options available, whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed, and the maximum video length.
We send TikTok only videos and captions that a QuantalAI team member has reviewed and chosen to post, with the settings that team member chose.
TikTok access tokens are stored encrypted in our AWS account. They are never stored in the browser. We do not use TikTok data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it.
We do not keep a copy of the account's display name, avatar or posting settings: we read them from TikTok each time they are shown. Once access is revoked, the stored tokens no longer work, and we delete them on request.
You can revoke QuantalAI's access at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services permissions, or by contacting us at hello@quantal.ai.

Storage and security
Your data is stored securely on AWS infrastructure in the Australia region, with access restricted to those who need it to provide our services.
Retention and deletion
We retain your information while it remains relevant to providing our services. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@quantal.ai.
Your rights
We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting hello@quantal.ai.
Cookies
We use a session cookie strictly to let you resume your interview where you left off.
When you first visit, a banner asks whether we may use Google Analytics and advertising tags from Meta and LinkedIn. They help us see which pages are useful and measure our advertising. They load only if you choose Accept. If you choose Decline, none of them load. Either way, our own server records that a page was opened, with nothing stored about you. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again.
