Who we are
QuantalAI is an Australian AI and data consultancy based in Brisbane. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, including our AI-readiness interview. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@quantal.ai.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name, email address and company name.
- Interview answers — the responses you provide during our AI-readiness interview, which are saved progressively as you go.
- Technical and session data — a session cookie and related technical information used to keep your interview session continuous, so you can resume where you left off.
Company enrichment
To personalise your report, we may review your organisation's publicly available website content — including your logo — based on the domain of the email address you provide. We store a summary of that public content alongside your interview responses.
Voice interviews
If you choose the voice-interview option, your audio is processed by ElevenLabs, a third-party conversational AI provider, to enable the spoken conversational experience. ElevenLabs processes this audio in accordance with its own privacy practices.

Storage and security
Your data is stored securely on AWS infrastructure in the Australia region, with access restricted to those who need it to provide our services.
Retention and deletion
We retain your information while it remains relevant to providing our services. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@quantal.ai.
Your rights
We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting hello@quantal.ai.
Cookies
We use a session cookie strictly to let you resume your interview where you left off. We do not use advertising trackers.
