Most IT makes you wait
You raise a ticket and wait days for someone to look at it. Your website sits with one supplier, your network with another, and your AI plans with a third. Every handover adds cost, and every supplier adds a markup.
A partner should take that weight off you, not add to it. Anything less isn't a partner. It's a burden.
One partner, the whole stack
We don't hand off to anyone else. If it runs your business, we can run it for you.
Strategy and build
Discovery, AI roadmaps, custom portals, and the agents that do the work.
Run and support
The daily runs of your live agents, monitored and reported every month.
Network and hardware
Your network, NBN, wifi, and DNS. We can even source, deliver, and install hardware, including an on-prem server with its own GPU so your data never leaves the building.
You buy Units, and spend them where the work is
A Unit is about a day of work. You buy the number you need each month, and you can scale up or down as your goals change. There are three kinds, and you mix them to fit the job.
People Units
Real people. Business analysts, solution architects, and data specialists for discovery, meetings, and cleanup.
Token Units
AI agents. The tokens that feed our coding agents while we build, and that keep your live agents running each day.
Compute Units
The infrastructure. The database and platform your solution runs on.
Early on you'll run more People Units to work everything out and build it. Once it's live, you dial back to mostly Token and Compute to keep it running.
Build your month, your way
Set your total Units for the month, then spend them across People, Token and Compute, and change both the total and the mix whenever your needs shift.
For most small businesses, it's about the cost of one employee
You set the budget. For most small to medium businesses, a working month of Units costs about the same as one employee. Want more done faster? Add Units for that month. Want to hold steady? Dial it back. You get a set monthly cost with none of the surprise invoices, and a per-customer discount on the Unit price.
You want processes converted and a portal built, so the month runs people-heavy. Same monthly commitment, spent where the work is.
Your spend shifts from people to AI as the work matures
Discovery
People-heavyHeavy on People Units. We work out everything you want to build.
Build
People → TokenWe switch to Token Units, feeding coding agents to build it.
Go live
Token + ComputeYour agents run daily on Token and Compute Units.
Steady state
Mostly ComputePeople Units drop right back. You keep only what keeps it running.
Because it's reported every month, you see where the Units went and tweak the mix. It works like a project, but it never resets to zero.
Ask, and something's already moving
Nine times out of ten we build an automated process for a request, so the same job never costs real time again. A new landing page that needs a DNS entry, a wifi problem, a network check. You ask, and it's handled.
We never start from zero
Everything we do for you is ingested into Notio, our platform. Every meeting, request, document, and delivery. It keeps a full, secure record of your business, so we don't spend months on discovery every time you come back. A couple of meetings about where you're headed, and we can generate a plan in minutes.
Your data stays in its own silo. Our agents work only on your information, and it never crosses over to anyone else. A lot of the time we hold only a vectorised version of a document, not the document itself, so the AI can find what it needs without the raw file sitting anywhere it shouldn't.
AI clears the routine, people handle the rest
We're honest about what AI does well and what it doesn't. It takes the repeatable work off your plate and runs it reliably. The judgement calls, the tricky exceptions, and the big decisions still go to a person. That's the point. Clearing the routine is what frees your team for the work that needs them.

Take the AI Roadmap Interview. You'll talk through your goals and where your team loses time, then get a plan for where to start and how many Units it takes.
