Meet Notio, our platform
Behind everything we do is our platform, Notio. It’s how we remember what matters about your business, and how we run the agents that do your work. You don’t have to manage it or learn it. It’s the reason we can move fast and never start from zero.
One place for everything we learn
Notio connects to where your business already keeps its information, like Google Drive, SharePoint, Dropbox, email, and your meeting transcripts. As we work with you, all of it is ingested into one place: every meeting, request, document, and decision. Each client has their own space, and each project sits inside it, so the context stays organised rather than scattered across a dozen tools.
Ask it anything
Once it’s in Notio, you can ask it questions in plain language. Where is this project up to? What did we agree with this client about the budget? What’s left to do? Instead of digging through folders and old email threads, we can just ask, and get an answer grounded in what was actually said. That’s the difference between real business intelligence and a pile of files nobody can search.
It finds what’s missing
Notio doesn’t just store context, it checks it. When you set a goal for a project, it looks at everything it knows and works out what’s still missing to get you there, then asks. If a meeting moves on before a question is settled, it catches that and raises it. So gaps get found early, while they’re cheap to fix, not halfway through delivery.
It runs your work
The same platform runs the agents that do your repeatable work, from the action items after a meeting to follow-up emails written from real context rather than a generic template. That’s the engine behind our AI agents and the Token Units you spend on them.
Your data stays yours
Everything in Notio is kept in your own silo, and a lot of the time we hold only a vectorised version of a document rather than the file itself. How we keep it private and governed is covered in governance and security, and how it underpins good data foundations is covered there too.
